Course access duration is 12 months.

The Accreditation body is the APMG International.

Examination –
• computer-based exam format, taken online via Online Proctoring (webcam, microphone and valid ID required). Further information available here,
• consisting of 40 multiple-choice questions. Pass mark score is 26 out of 40 available (65%),
• examination duration – 1 hour,
• closed book exam.

There is no re-certification requirement; the APMG International ISO/IEC 20000™ Foundation is a lifetime certification.
